Ingredients
- 4 ounce. blue cheese
- 2 (5 ounce.) jars Old English cheddar cheese
- 4 (3 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. minced pecans
- A little onion & garlic salt
Directions
- (Makes 2 medium size balls.) Cheeses should be at room temperature. With a mixer, blend together all of the cheeses. Add in Worcestershire sauce, pecans, onion and garlic salts. Refrigerateslightly; then roll into two balls. Roll in more minced pecans. Refrigeratefor several hrs. Serve with crackers.
