Ingredients
- 4 sirloin tip steaks, about 1 1/4 lbs.
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp. mixed herbs
- Dash of salt
- Dash of black or possibly white pepper
Directions
- Heat butter, stir in flour. Brush this mix on both sides of the steak, sprinkle with herbs. Place steaks in a casserole or possibly baking pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 min. Serve with rice or possibly noodles.
