Ingredients
- 4 ears corn, unhusked
- 1/4 c. butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In small bowl blend together the butter and seasonings. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel but don't remove the corn husks. Remove corn silk. Spread about 1 Tbsp. of butter and herb mix on each ear of corn, then close husks around corn. Wrap in foil and bake for 30 min till tender.
