Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Unsalted butter
  • 5 Tbsp. Minced fresh herbs -Or possibly-
  • 5 tsp Dry herbs
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice Salt & white pepper

Directions

  1. Chop the herbs very fine or possibly pulverize the seeds. Cream the butter and blend in the herbs and seasonings. Shape as desired and refrigerateor possibly freeze up to 6 months.
  2. Some of the suggested combinations:
  3. 1. Dill, mustard seed, parsley, and a touch of lemon rind or possibly a few mustard seeds for fish and potatoes.
  4. 2. Sage, parsley, and chives for chicken, veal, rice, & pasta.
