Ingredients

  • 2 slc Bacon, Or possibly
  • 1 Tbsp. Wilson's Bacon Bar
  • 1 ounce Dry Onions, Or possibly
  • 1 Tbsp. Freeze-Dry Chives
  • 5 ounce Dehydrated Potato Chreds
  • 2 ounce Chicken Bouillon Granules, Or possibly
  • 5 x Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 3 c. Water Salt -- as needed

Directions

  1. 1. Cook the bacon in the pot till it's crisp, remove and drain.
  2. 2. Add in the onion, potato and bouillon to the fat and slowly add in about 3 c. hot water. Bring to a simmer till vegetables are tenber, 5-10 min. Salt if needed.
  3. 3. Serve with bacon crumbles on top.
  4. Makes about 4 c..
