Ingredients
- 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. peanut butter, chunky or possibly plain
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 slightly beaten egg white
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. multigrain cereal (Wheaties or possibly Total)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl stir together the brown sugar, peanut butter and veg. oil till smooth. Stir in the egg white.
- In a small bowl combine the whole wheat flour and soda. Stir flour mix into peanut butter mix, stir in cereal.
- Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Compact the dough balls lightly and flatten slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min and cold completely. Makes 18 cookies.
