1/2 pound pork, grnd
2 c. bread crumbs, fine
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 teaspoon mustard, dry
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard, prepared

Directions

Combine ham, pork, bread crumbs, egg and dry mustard. Mix well. Shape in logs and place in shallow pan. Combine brown sugar and prepared mustard. Spread over tops of logs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
