Easy to fix,yummy to eat Dad created this with leftovers in the 50's. We have kept it up and passed it on. Hope you enjoy and try adding your own MAGIC touch

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups cubed ham (left overs OR ham steak)
  • 4-5 peeled and thin sliced potatoes
  • 1 large can (frozen ill not work) La Seaur peas and juice
  • 1 sandwich bag filled with crushed potato chips

Directions

  1. Spray a sq. casserole
  2. layer the following
  3. sliced potatoes, salt
  4. cover with ham
  5. add some peas
  6. a dab of butter
  7. REPEAT until last layer is potatoes cover with the pea juice.
  8. Cover with glass lid
  9. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2hour
  10. Remove from oven, cover with chips and bale till they turn golden.
  11. You may use corn or green beans, what ever isyour family favorite. I hate peas but love the juice so I make 1/2 and 1/2
