Directions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Oil blanch in hot cooking oil for about one minute to give color to the chicken and set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic and onions in a pan.
  4. Add diluted coconut milk and bring to a boil.
  5. Continue stirring and simmer until sauce thickens.
  6. Add the chicken and vegetables.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
