Directions

  1. Brown meat with onion, garlic and oil if you like. Add in spinach; cover and steam till spinach is separated. Remove from heat and add in soup and lowfat sour cream. Place into a casserole and top with cheese slices. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min.
