  1. In a medium pot, mix together tomatoes, rice, roast beef spread, catsup, water, salt, and pepper. Saute/fry onions and garlic in extra virgin olive oil and add in to mix. Cut thin slice from stem end of each green pepper. Remove all seeds and membranes. Wash inside and outside. Lightly stuff each pepper with rice mix and place on square of heavy duty aluminum foil. Wrap securely and cook over medium warm coals 30 min. Turn once.
