- 1/4 c. Pitted black olives minced
- 1/4 c. Grilled red bell peppers seeded and diced
- 1/4 c. Grilled yellow peppers seeded and diced
- 2 Tbsp. Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh thyme
- 1/4 c. minced Fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Sherry vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and freshly grnd pepper. Serve with grilled chicken or possibly fish.
