  • 1/4 c. Pitted black olives minced
  • 1/4 c. Grilled red bell peppers seeded and diced
  • 1/4 c. Grilled yellow peppers seeded and diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh thyme
  • 1/4 c. minced Fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. Sherry vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and freshly grnd pepper. Serve with grilled chicken or possibly fish.
