Ingredients
- 4 nectarines, halved, stone removed
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs butter, melted
- 4 Anzac biscuits, crumbled
- 4 scoops raspberry sorbet or frozen berry yoghurt
Directions
- Preheat grill on high. Place the nectarine, cut-side up, on a baking tray.
- Combine sugar and butter in a bowl. Spoon over the nectarine. Cook under grill for 1-2 minutes or until golden.
- Divide the nectarine among serving bowls. Sprinkle over the Anzac biscuit and top with sorbet to serve.
