  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tsp Dry parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp Dry thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 1/2 lb Grnd beef
  • 10 x Hamburger buns, split Lettuce leaves, optional Sliced tomato, optional Onion

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; ad beef and mix gently. Shape into 10 patties. Grill, uncovered, over medium coals for 4-5 min on each side till meat is no longer pink. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and onion if you like.
