Ingredients
- 1 green pepper
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of warm sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion juice
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 tbsp. capers, optional
- Seasoned salt to taste
Directions
- Slice top off green pepper and remove seeds. Combine remaining ingredients and stir. Stuff pepper and chill. When chilled, slice and serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with pimento strips if you like.
- Note: use slices as garnish on salad or possibly entree.
- Makes 6 slices.
