Ingredients

  • 1 young Thai coconut, water and meat (or 3 to 4 cups almond milk)
  • 3 oranges , skinned, sliced and frozen (leave some rind)
  • water (only as needed to your desired consistency)
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds (preferably white for color)
  • 2 medjool dates (or more to sweeten)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract (or 5 drops Medicine Flower Vanilla extract)
  • 1 teaspoon lucuma powder (optional)
  • 5 kale leaves (optional)
