Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (soft)
  • Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 slices gluten free bread (We used Udi's)
  • 1 cup whole milk (we used cream)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup gluten free all purpose flour (we used Bobs Redmill)
