Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup fresh strawberries (can use frozen)
  • 8 ounces cool whip topping
  • 9" baked pie shell
  • whipped cream garnish
  • fanned sliced strawberry garnish

Directions

  1. Bake 9" pie crust @ 400 F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown (allow to cool)
  2. in a bender or food processor and strawberries and pulse, add cool whip and frozen vanilla yogurt and run until combined and fluffy
  3. Transfer to pie shell
  4. Place into the freezer 1-2 hours before serving
  5. Enjoy1
