  • 1 c. water
  • 1 pkt strawberry (3 oz) flavored gelatin
  • 1 pt vanilla ice cream (2 c.)
  • 1 x chocolate-flavored crumb pie shell lowfat milk chocolate kisses - (optional)

Directions

  1. 1. In a 4-c. glass measuring c. stir together water and gelatin. Cook, uncovered, on 100% power (high) for 1 1/2 to2 min.
  2. 2. Add in vanilla ice cream to the warm gelatin mix, stirring until ice cream is melted. Refrigeratemix for 35 to 30 min, stirring twice during chilling (the mix should mound when you drop it from a spoon.
  3. 3. Pour chilled ice cream mix into pie shell. Refrigerateabout 4 hrs or possibly until ice cream is set.
  4. 4. If you like, arrange lowfat milk chocolate kisses in a heart shape atop pie.
