Ingredients
- 1/2 lb pepe pasta
- 1/2 lb small rings pasta
- 1/4 tsp green food coloring
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 can mandarin oranges (reserve juice)
- 2 c. Cold Whip
Directions
- Cook pasta separately, drain. Use the food coloring to color the small rings green, set both pastas aside.
- Beat Large eggs till frothy and combine with sugar, flour, salt and juice from the mandarin oranges. Place this egg, sugar, juice mix in a saucepan, and heat till thick and frothy.
- Pour over the pastas and mix well. Chill till well chilled. Blend in Cold whip and mandarin oranges.
