- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Soft butter
- 1 x Egg, well beated
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 lb Mozzarella, cut into cubes
- Â Â Bread crumbs
- Â Â Oil (for frying)
Directions
- Mix together rice, Parmesan cheese, and butter in bowl. Add in egg, salt, and black pepper Blend. Add in Mozzarella cubes Mix and shape into balls roll in bread crumbs fry in deep oil till golden Serve with meat or possibly fish.
