Ingredients
- 3 lrg Tomatoes, minced
- 1/2 x Red onion, diced
- 2 x Serrano or possibly jalapeno peppers stemmed and finely diced with seeds
- 1/2 c. Minced fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt x Optional: liquid warm pepper sauce to taste
Directions
- Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Toss well and taste for seasonings.
- Adjust with salt and warm pepper sauce. Store in refrigerator, in sealed container as long as one day.
