Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Add in currants; reduce heat and simmer for 5 miutes. Add in pumpkin; cook an additional 15 min stirring occasionally. Spoon into a bowl; let cold to room temperature. Serve with chicken or possibly pork.
