A simple but tasty accompaniment to a holiday meal.
Ingredients
- 2 bags fresh cranberries (12oz each)
- 2 oranges, zested and squeezed
- 1 1/2 - 2 c sugar
Directions
- wash the cranberries and discard any soft berries
- chop the berries in small batches in a food processor
- mix the chopped berries with the orange zest and squeezed juice
- mix in 1 1/2c sugar
- refrigerate overnight and then stir, taste and add more sugar if too tart
