  1. NOTE: I use 2 c. lowfat milk chocolate chips for filling
  2. Preheat oven to 375F
  3. Heat butter stir in oats, sugar, flour, corn syrup, lowfat milk, vanilla, and salt. mix well. Drop by measuring teaspoonfuls, about 3 inches apart, onto foil-lined cookie sheets. Spread thin with rubber spatula.
  4. Bake 5-7 min. Cold on cookie sheets. Peel away from foil.
  5. These can be eaten as is....Or possibly do as I have and heat the chocolate chips in double broiler, spread on flat side of cookie, top with another cookie.
