  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 lg. onions sliced
  • 1 bag fresh sauerkraut - rinsed of salt
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 4 centercut 1" pork chops
  • pepper generously
  • 1 can beer

Directions

  1. Layer Bacon in casserole layer 1/2 onions on top Layer 1/2 sauerkraut over this. Spread 1 tsp chopped garlic on top, lay four chops on top, repeat with bacon, onions, sauerkraut, pepper, garlic as in the first layer.
  2. Pour 1 can of beer in and cook 45-60 mins. at 350 degees.
  3. Chops fall apart with a wonderful taste. Serve with rolls and beans of some sort.
