Ingredients
- 1 x (2 lb) pkg frzn hash browns or possibly Potatoes O'Brien - thawed
- 1 stk butter -- melted
- 1 x (8oz) carton lowfat sour cream (can use nonfat)
- 12 ounce grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 bn green onion finely minced
- 1 x (10-3/4oz) can condensed cream of chicken or possibly
- Â Â cream of celery soup
- Â Â salt and freshly grnd pepper
- Â Â paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a large casserole or possibly 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Combine hash browns, butter, lowfat sour cream, cheddar, onions and undiluted soup in a large mixing bowl; season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika, then bake 50-60 minutes.
