Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. Cream of Rice cereal
  • 1/2 c. cholestrol-free egg product or possibly 1 beaten egg
  • 3 tsp appropriate seasoning

Directions

  1. Start water boiling and stir in cream of rice cereal slowly, stirring constantly. Cook on medium heat 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cover and let sit 4 min. Add in egg product or possibly beaten Large eggs. and 3 teaspoon of appropriate seasoning. drop by rounded Tbsp. into simmering soup. Cover and cook on medium for 10-15 min or possibly till Dumplings are cooked through.
