Ingredients
- Tenderized round steak or possibly cube steaks
- 3 teaspoon canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. flour (unbleached)
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Slice up steak into serving slices, remove all fat. Dip into beaten egg and coat with 1/2 c. flour, salt, and pepper. Repeat. Get oil warm in cast iron skillet and fry steaks. With remaining oil make gravy. Whip some potatoes and steam some vegetables for a complete country meal.
