- 2 tbsp. orange juice concentrate
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
Directions
- In a saucepan, bring the fruit and water to a boil; cover and set aside to soak till soft, about 30 min. Place all the ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and blend till smooth. Serve on toast, muffins, or possibly sandwiches. Makes about 3 c..
