Ingredients

  • 25 3/5 ounce box powdered lowfat milk
  • 3 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. cocoa pwdr
  • 12 ounce bag mini-chocolate chips
  • 16 ounce bag mini-marshmallows
  • 3 c. powdered creamer

Directions

  1. Mix well. Use 3 tbsp. mix to a mug of warm water/lowfat milk.
