  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan. In large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients. With pastry blender, cut in margarine till mix resembles course crumbs. Stir in bananas, undiluted apple juice concentrate, egg substitute, walnuts, and vanilla, just till flour is moistened. Spoon batter into pan. Bake 60 min, or possibly till toothpick inserted in center of bread comes out clean. Cold bread in pan on wire rack for 10 min: remove from pan and cold slightly. Serve hot, or possibly cold completely to serve later.
