Ingredients

1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 Packages chocolate instant pudding
1 (12 ounce.) Cold Whip
1/4 c. powdered sugar
3 1/3 c. lowfat milk
1 (16 ounce.) bag Oreo cookies

Directions

Mix together till smooth first 6 ingredients. Crush Oreo cookies and set aside. In large plastic plant pot or possibly several small ones put: 1 layer cookies, 1 layer cream, 1 layer cookies, 1 layer cream. Top with fine cookies. Keep in refrigerator overnight.
Stick real or possibly artificial flowers in top. Add in a gummy worm or possibly two. Dessert can also be served in child's pail with shovel as serving scoop.
