Ingredients

  • 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
  • 8 ounce mayonnaise
  • 2 T dry chopped onion
  • 2 T dill weed
  • 2 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 2 T dry parsley flakes
  • Loaf of uncut rye or possibly pumpernickel bread

Directions

  1. Cut center out of bread, so which it can be used as a bowl. Cut center piece of bread with chunks to be used for dipping. Put other 6 ingredients in blender and mix well. Pour into bread bowl.
