Ingredients
- 1 c. minced dates
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 5 teaspoon Sweet N Low
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. quick oatmeal
Directions
- Combine dates, raisins and water in a saucepan. Boil 3 min. Cold. In a bowl combine all ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet, flatten and bake at 350 degrees.
