This is so easy, even I can't mess it up! To my neighbor's horror, I also mix it all in one bowl for easy clean-up.
Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
Directions
- Combine and mix together all ingredients in the order listed (so beat the egg first, then mash the bananas in the same bowl, etc.).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a greased (I spray with PAM) loaf pan.
