  2. Bring sugar, syrup, and butter to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add in chocolate morsels and vanilla, stirring till melted.
  3. Drizzle chocolate mix over popcorn, stirring to coat. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Transfer popcorn to a wax paper-lined pan to cold, stirring occasionally.
