Holiday White Chocolate Mini Popcorn Balls are the perfect addition to any cookie tray. Bite size balls of popcorn, dipped in white chocolate, and decorated with holiday sprinkles. An easy no bake, gluten free treat that makes an awesome food gift too.

Directions

  1. Lay out a silicone baking mat on the counter.
  2. Place popcorn in a large bowl.
  3. In a pot melt the butter and marshmallows.
  4. Pour over popcorn, and mix well.
  5. Spray hands with cooking spray.
  6. Squeeze popcorn into 1 1/2" balls and place on silicone mat.
  7. Place your sprinkles in bowls.
  8. Melt the white chocolate (either on the stove or microwave).
  9. Dip each popcorn ball into the melted chocolate enough to cover the top half of the ball.
  10. Immediately dip the popcorn ball into the sprinkles.
  11. Place on silicone mat to harden.
