Directions

  1. Cream butter, add in sugar and blend well. Add in sifted flour, mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Spread dough in buttered cake pan and bake in moderate oven till very light brown. Cut into squares while hot and form into Krammerhus or possibly cones. Just before serving, fill with whipped cream slightly sweetened and flavored.
