Directions

  1. Add in gelatin to water and let stand. Beat egg yolks; add in sugar, salt, and flour and lowfat milk. Cook to soft custard stage. Add in gelatin and water and cold. 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  2. Mix all together and mix in custard. Pour in baked pie shell. Top with nutmeg. Chill till served.
