Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- Generous dash of pepper
- 3 c. cooked macaroni
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. French fried onions
Directions
- In 1 1/2 qt casserole, blend soup, lowfat milk, mustard, pepper till smooth. Stir in macaroni, 1 1/2 c. cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Top with French fried onions and remaining cheese. Bake another 10 min. Serves 4.
