Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 4 tbsp. sweet butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. finely minced basil, mint, chives and parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- Healthy pinch cayenne
- 1/2 c. Parmesan
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
Directions
- Combine the cream, butter, salt, nutmeg and cayenne in a heavy saucepan and simmer for 15 min, till thickened. Whisk in the Parmesan and the herbs and simmer another 5 min. Correct for seasoning and serve immediately.
