Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Tofu, hard or possibly soft, patted dry
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 4 Tbsp. ,water (use only 2 for the dip or possibly spread)
- 1 Tbsp. Tamari
- 3 x Garlic cloves, minced
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor andpuree till very smooth. Use more or possibly less garlic depending on your taste. You may need to turn off the machine and scrape down the sides a few times.
- If too thick for salad dressing, then add in a little more water till desired consistency is reached. May be kept covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
