Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Unsalted butter, plus 1 tbsp
- 2 1/2 tsp All purpose flour
- 1 x Green pepper, minced
- 1 bn Green onions, minced
- 3 lrg Stalks celery, minced
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 2 lb Crawfish tails
Directions
- Blend flour and 1/2 c. butter till smooth. IN separate skillet, saute/fry vegetables in 1 tbsp butter. Fold vegetable mix into flour and butter mix. Add in mushroom soup and mix well. Mix in crawfish tails, being careful not to break crawfish. Serve with triscuits or possibly melba toast.
