Ingredients

  • 1 bag of crappie (about 16 filets)
  • 1/2 lb. of fresh or imitation crab
  • 1-10 oz. Portobello sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can of cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 box of traditional stuffing or you can make your own

Directions

  1. Pan sear crappie in butter and put in 8x8 dishes
  2. Pan sear mushrooms and put on top of crappie
  3. Prepare stuffing according to box and add crab meat
  4. Put on top of mushrooms
  5. Pour cream of shrimp soup on top
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 min
