Ingredients
- 1 1/2 quart Kernel sweet corn
- 1 c. Diced green bell peppers
- 1 c. Diced red bell peppers
- 1 c. Diced yellow bell peppers
- 6 x Diced fresh jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 c. Diced banana peppers
- 6 x Diced green chili peppers
- 1/2 c. Diced red onion
- 2 c. Diced ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 c. Minced green onions
- 1 ounce C. minced cilantro
- 3 c. Spicy salsa
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss till completely mixed. Chill till served. Recommend making one day ahead to allow for maximum flavor.
