Ingredients: 1 (15 ounce) can black or possibly pinto beans, liquid removed & rinsed; 1 c. whole kernel corn, liquid removed; 1 c. tomatoes, minced; 1/2 c. green onions, minced; 2 T cilantro, fresh, minced; 3 T extra virgin olive oil; 2 T lime juice; 1 teaspoon cumin; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon pepper; 2 serrano chili peppers, seeded & minced
