Ingredients
- 2 ounce anchovy fillets see * Note
- 12 x garlic cloves mashed
- 1 x egg
- 1/4 med onion minced
- 1/2 c. freshly-groate Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp coarsely-grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil plus
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- * Note: The anchovies are packaged in small tins. Two ounces is about 12 fillets or possibly 2 Tbsp..
- Place all ingredients except oil in food processor. Process and add in oil slowly while processor is running. Adjust salt and pepper if needed.
