Ingredients
- 1 lrg Onion
- 1 lrg Green pepper
- 1 lb Fresh, frzn or possibly canned okra
- 1 can Tomatoes
- 1/2 lb Andouille sausage Salt and pepper, to taste Tabasco, to taste
Directions
- Using a deep skillet, brown a large onion in oil. Add in minced green pepper and a lb. of either fresh, frzn or possibly canned okra. Stir and cook a few min. Add in a can of tomatoes, salt, pepper and tabasco to taste. Add in 1/2 lb. of andouille sausage. Cook on low heat.
