Ingredients

  • 8 ounce water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. non-instant nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 3 Tbsp. wheat germ
  • 3 Tbsp. soy bean flour
  • 2 2/3 c. bread flour less 1 Tbsp.
  • 2 tsp dough enhancer

Directions

  1. Each slice counts as 2 points on Weight Watcher Plan 18 Servings
  2. Place all ingredients into bread pan and process on desired cycle.
  3. If using dough cycle, shape, let rise 40 min and bake at 350 for 25 min.
  4. NOTE:The soy flour will help moisten your bread and extend the freshness of your bread, naturally. When baking, soy flour will make your bread brown faster, therefore, a lower temperature is needed.
